Mend 02:28
The heart can mend like a broken branch The heart will bend and we learn to love again I asked you once would you do it all again and you said to me we take love where we can Show me some good faith Some hard earned devotion Show me we can mend Show me some good faith Some hard earned devotion Show me we can mend And the heart will mend like a broken branch The heart can bend and we learn to love again

PostCard 03:49
POST CARD Heard the new today you’d be in town came as no surprise that you might call like a photograph that says it all But for all the times you stood in the lights and for all the dreams, I set aside You don’t have to feel so bad You don’t have to feel so sad You still have me. You don’t have to call and and say it’s late they’ll be another place and time you were just passing through my town ( I know) but for all the distance, we've come to share and for all the forgiveness we can bear You don’t have to feel so bad you don't have to feel so sad For all the years we played in the lights and all the songs... we’ll leave behind You don’t have to feel so bad you don't have to feel so sad You don’t have to feel so bad you still have me

The Piano 04:39
1920 she a factory girl a simple little one and in her apartment a piano she has she played it for everyone Her boss was a man she looked at so fair she loved him with all her heart but he had a wife and children to feed so he never looked at her twice She said love was never easy so she placed it in her songs She had a hard life She had a hard life She had a hard life She left behind hundreds of songs she died on Christmas day the boss went to claim things in her name and he found her box of songs he sat down and played the songs in his name he kept her piano brought it home to his wife who kept it safe and sound They had a hard life They had a hard life They had a hard life Years go by

Winter Trees 04:18
Winter Trees ( Performed Live at Mackinaw Harvest Music) A cold winter night covers every road I see my life go by in this falling snow dressed in my constant doubt nowhere to go And what I’m looking for in this winter freeze is any shadow of who I used to be No regrets though so justified I gave my best to you blurring these lines my confidence and pride so hard to find And what I’m looking for in this grand old tree is any shadow of what I could be And what you’re looking for when you look at me is any shadow of what we could be

Susan Buchanan Grand Rapids, Michigan

I'm a singer/songwriter from Michigan. I've played piano since I was 9. I have spent the last 2 years writing and recording my album " Mr. Crazy & Other Tales" Produced by Glenn Brown at GBP.
I wrote this record about the many journeys my life has taken. It was a long hard road to bring it to you, but well worth it.
